Terminal 1 Departures at Lisbon Airport are mainly for international flights out of Portugal.

If you are more interested in shopping and eating than the above, then you may just want to stroll round the shops and duty free then have a bite to eat and something to drink before catching flights.
Some of the shops that you will find at Lisbon Airport in the Departure area (public or restricted) are Lacoste, Tie Rack, Sunglass Hut, Swatch and Gomes, Fernandes & Ramos.
If you get hungry after checking your luggage in, then you have several restaurants and coffee shops too choose from within the restricted area after customs. Some of these are McDonald's, Passarola and Ibersol (Pizza Hut) or for a more casual coffee and snack you can go to the Harrods Cafe, Cockpit bar or Eurobar. The Departures lounge (Restricted area) also have offices for the Special Baggage Handling:-
Groundforce (Blue Lounge)- Restricted area in Departures close to gate 15.
Portway (Lisbon Lounge) - restricted area in Departures just after the Duty Free shop.
Passengers with Special needs that are Departing from Terminal 1 have facilities adapted to their needs such as lifts / elevators and toilets. You will need to advise the airline in advance for special assistance.
Departures at Lisbon Airport Terminal 2
Departures at Terminal 2 are for domestic flights within Portugal. This Terminal offer similar facilities as Terminal 1.
Travelers with Special needs will have facilities like toilets and lifts / elevators but again they will need to advise the airline in advance of their traveling date for special assistance.
