If you prefer to shop within the city of Lisbon there are several main shopping streets to choose from, one is situated right next to the Rue Augusta arch.
The other is the Chiado shopping area with street entertainment, theatres, Portuguese fashion houses, museums and hotels.
Don't forget to hire a car in Lisbon with a boot big enough to carry all the shopping that you buy!
